Our standard rates are:

 

Winter (high season Nov 1-Apr 30) 

Minimum stay 1 week. US$ 1,200 for 2 persons. Children under 12 free (maximum 2) Additional persons US$ 50 per week each. Maximum 8 people in all. 

 

Summer (May 1-Oct 31)

Minimum stay 1 week US$ 1,100 for 2 persons. Children under 12 free (maximum 2) 

Additional persons US$ 50 per week each. Maximum of 8 people in all.

 

For longer stays than one week, we offer varying discounted rates. Please contact us for a quote. 

 

In addition there is a security deposit of US$ 500 which covers loss and/or damages and electricity at cost. We will read the meters with you at the beginning and end of your stay and you will be charged at the rate the local utility charges us which is about US$0.22 per kWh as of July 2019. 

 

We take payment by PayPal, which provides you with  a buyer protection plan.
